“What the Hotels don’t want    you to know....”

If you have ever used hotels in the past or plan to in the future, this important message could change your vacationing habits forever!

Have you ever had similar problems or felt the same as these people??...

"The hotel was so dirty, I had to wear plastic bags as slippers around the room.  The hallway leading up to the rooms were not even air conditioned, they were dim and so yucky, it reminded you of some seedy hotel you've seen in a cop show!"

"At $150 a night you could probably pitch a tent on the beach and stay at a cleaner place."

"The room was filthy.  The pool heater was broken.  The showers were ice cold.  The common areas reminded us of a housing project."

"We were charged $2 a day for an in-room safe, even though we clearly stated we would not be needing it.  When we asked the front desk clerk to call us a cab, he ordered some company that charged double what other taxi's in town charged."

"We moved rooms after 2 nights because the air conditioning unit was leaking and the toilet was broken.  The second room was working but absolutely stank and the bathroom shower curtain and tiles were moldy.  The furniture was shabby and the drawers were falling apart.  You'd have needed full body armour to tackle the pool with it's rubbish and dirt... the children's play area was more like a torture area and the mini golf was just a joke... as it was non-existent!!  The food in the restaurant was TERRIBLE.. we had dinner and breakfast and I'm not sure which was the worst because they were both like grey slop!  Other guests were complaining for doors/windows not locking and giant ants in their underwear drawers!  The worst part of our stay in the hotel was the safety deposit box key was stolen from our room by housekeeping and having to wait ALL DAY for the manager to come on site so that we could open up the box and check our money, tickets and passports were still there, or not!  Thankfully they were but we never did get an explanation or an apology!"

"When we went into our room we were disgusted by what we saw.  The mirrored wardrobe door was hanging off so we couldn't open it to use it.  The air con was so noisy we had to turn it off.  The shower was hanging off and the toilet came away from the wall.  On checking the beds, the mattresses were completely stained, we were not happy.  We asked to move rooms but it wasn't much better.  We also tried to move hotels but everywhere was booked up being spring break.  We had to make the best of a bad hotel.  Also 2 weeks through our vacation, my daughters teddy went missing from the room, we reported it but it was not found."
